Simon Oeschger is a partner at Suffert Neuenschwander & Partner and advises national and international technology, internet and e-Commerce firms, manufacturers, public authorities and state-owned enterprises. He counsels and litigates before courts and administrative authorities principally in the areas of IT/technology and data privacy law, contract law (in particular licensing and distribution contracts), public procurement law and corporate law.

He is the founder and managing director of a cultural management and events agency and has extensive experience with live entertainment and events, advising and acting as an agent for artists and event and sport sponsorships.

Mr Oeschger is the firm’s contact individual for entrepreneurs, and he advises start-up firms throughout their formation and growth phases, assisting with financing and contract law and intellectual property issues.
