Ms Chantal Bise is a legal consultant active primarily in the fields of Information and Mobile technologies, Internet and procurement, including aspects of data protection law (Swiss law or the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

She advises clients from the private and public sectors in IT and Internet projects of all kinds (including drafting service and project contracts, general terms & conditions, privacy policies and terms of use for Websites) as well as in outsourcing operations (including contract drafting and support to the negotiation team).

She also supports public sector clients on public procurement issues, including support to the team in charge of issuing public Request for Proposals (RfP), in e-government implementation projects and mutualisation of IT or Web solutions between cantons, is it through resale, licensing or creation of associations of cantons.

Additionally, she helps her clients to translate frame contracts and general conditions in her fields of activities (from English to French & from French to English) and train their employees on various legal topics related to contracting and manage public procurement activities.
